Ziff Davis is hiring a full-time Corporate Counsel for its Technology & Shopping division. The role supports six business units, including CNET, ZDNET, PC Magazine, Lifehacker, Spiceworks, AskMen, RetailMeNot, and Mashable, by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising internal stakeholders, monitoring legal and regulatory developments, improving contract processes, and evaluating legal risks. The position reports to Legal Department leadership in New York and California, offers a remote work structure with optional company-office work, and requires a J.D., active state bar membership, and 2–4 years of practicing attorney experience. Compensation is $125,000 to $135,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
