OKSI is hiring a hands-on Corporate Counsel – Contracts to manage NDAs, commercial and government-facing agreements, routine legal matters, and contract templates. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and resolving counterparty paper; supporting corporate governance, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, vendor disputes, and proposal reviews; and escalating complex matters to the fractional General Counsel. It requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, active U.S. bar membership, substantial commercial contract experience, and typically 3–10 years of relevant legal experience. The position offers a $130,000–$200,000 annual salary, fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage, vacation, a 401(k) contribution, and professional development opportunities, with a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance required.
