Description
The Corporate Development Analyst will support Cycle0’s strategic growth across Europe by evaluating investment opportunities, developing financial models, conducting renewable-energy research, structuring and negotiating M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures, supporting post-acquisition integration, preparing presentations, and assisting with offtake, green certification, and permitting activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.
