Schwimmschule Seestern is hiring a part-time Pool Partnerships Manager to research and acquire pool partners, negotiate usage and rental agreements, manage relationships with active partner pools, and maintain location data for internal teams. The role requires commercial vocational training, a business administration degree, or comparable experience, along with communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and independent-documentation skills. It is based in Bruchmühlbach-Miesau, with approximately 20 hours per week and 100% remote work possible after four weeks of onboarding.
