iCapital is hiring a Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy to lead the evaluation, planning, and execution of organic and inorganic growth initiatives across its wealth and alternatives ecosystem. The role involves strategic research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, M&A and partnership diligence, market intelligence, executive presentations, financial analysis, and cross-functional execution. Candidates need at least eight years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investing, investment banking, or a similar strategic role, with financial technology or financial services experience preferred. The position offers a base salary of $200,000 to $250,000, equity, a performance bonus, and a hybrid office schedule Monday through Thursday with remote work on Friday.
