GFiber is hiring a full-time Corporate Development Associate to support M&A analysis and execution, capital markets activities, debt financing, and long-term financial planning. The role includes building integrated financial models, evaluating acquisitions and joint ventures, managing credit facilities, conducting telecommunications industry research, and supporting deal structuring and post-close integration. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent experience, two years of investment banking analyst experience, two years of Excel and financial modeling experience, and two years of debt capital markets exposure. The US base salary range is $92,400 to $149,600 plus bonus and benefits, and the role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
