Lambda is hiring a Corporate Development Associate to manage and execute M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships focused on data-center land, power, shell, and digital infrastructure assets. The role involves cross-functional deal execution, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, market analysis, investment theses, and partnership development. It requires 4–5 years of relevant M&A experience, strong financial and analytical skills, executive presentation experience, and interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies. The position requires presence in San Francisco or the upcoming New York City location four days per week, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day.
