EquipmentShare is hiring a remote Corporate Development Associate (M&A) reporting to its Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. The role owns M&A deal execution from letter of intent through close, including project management, diligence coordination, financial analysis and underwriting, data-room and deliverables management, transaction-documentation support, closing coordination, and post-close integration planning. Candidates should have strong financial modeling, diligence synthesis, Excel or Google Sheets, CRM, data-room, and document-management skills, along with at least four years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, and the position offers full-time medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
