Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of proactive relationship building; the ability to identify, "cold-start," and nurture a robust external network of founders, CEOs, and key industry players to drive proprietary deal flow.
Proven experience managing multiple complex deals simultaneously through all phases, from inception to completion.
A background in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
Mastery of financial modeling, including three-statement analysis, valuation, and market data models.
Comfort operating in "white space" where no playbook exists; a proven ability to architect creative deal structures and solutions.
Exceptional intellectual rigor, high attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative communication style.
