Description
Fluidstack is hiring a Corporate Development Lead to own the corporate development pipeline and structure bespoke capital and strategic deals for its AI infrastructure business. The role covers deal selection, instrument design, strategic and financial underwriting, negotiation of governance and control terms, and handoff to the CEO, legal, and infrastructure teams. Candidates should have led principal-level deals in private equity, growth equity, special situations, infrastructure or energy investing, or corporate development, and should have experience with joint ventures, minority stakes, convertible and warrant-linked instruments, and strategic acquisitions.
