Description
OpenLoop is hiring a fully remote Corporate Development Lead in the United States to execute M&A deals from sourcing and initial evaluation through diligence, negotiation support, and signing. The role owns financial models, valuation and synergy analysis, data-room management, diligence coordination, investment memos, deal materials, and recommendations for senior leadership, while partnering with the Post-Merger Integration team. Candidates need at least three years of M&A advisory experience, strong financial modeling and deal-execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple live deal processes.
