The role owns end-to-end M&A workstreams, including sourcing, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, closing, market research, and post-merger integration. It requires at least five years of investment banking experience, substantive M&A transaction experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deal components independently.
