IMC is hiring a Corporate Development Manager in Mumbai to build and scale its external engagement function in India. The role manages relationships with exchanges, regulators, brokers, custodians, and industry associations; monitors regulatory developments; assesses SEBI, exchange, and RBI announcements; supports responses to SEBI consultation papers; and manages business development, market access, exchange product onboarding, and compliance initiatives. The position requires at least 8 years of experience in Indian financial markets, direct NSE or BSE experience, knowledge of HFT and market-making firms, and familiarity with the Indian capital markets regulatory framework.
