Description
Iterative Health is hiring a Corporate Development Manager to support the full mergers and acquisitions lifecycle, including acquisition sourcing, target evaluation, due diligence, financial analysis, transaction execution, stakeholder communication, and post-acquisition integration. The role reports to the VP of Corporate Development and collaborates with executive, finance, legal, operations, clinical research, people, investors, lenders, and board stakeholders. It is a hybrid position with two in-office days per week in either New York City or Boston, focused on expanding the company’s healthcare research site network.
