Kiteworks is hiring a Corporate Development Manager to lead M&A sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiation, and post-close integration for cybersecurity, compliance, and privacy targets. The role works with senior executives and the Board, owns financial and operational models and virtual data room analysis, manages cross-functional diligence workstreams, prepares deal materials, and improves the acquisition pipeline. It is a permanent hybrid position based in San Mateo, California, requiring at least three days per week in the office, with occasional travel. The position requires 6+ years of relevant transaction, investment, or M&A experience and offers an annual base salary of $160,000–$190,000 plus equity, healthcare, retirement, and other benefits.
