Description
Paxos is hiring a Corporate Development professional to own its inorganic growth strategy, including the full M&A lifecycle from sourcing and diligence through structuring, negotiation, and close. The role also leads equity fundraising and investor relations, supports the CEO and CFO, develops investment theses, evaluates early-stage venture opportunities, and builds repeatable deal and integration processes. Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of closing M&A or investment transactions, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, fundraising ownership experience, and at least seven years of work experience.
