Description
Lambda is hiring a Corporate Development Senior Analyst to manage and execute M&A, strategic investments, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic partnerships. The role leads financial modeling, valuation, capital structure, due diligence, market analysis, investment theses, and stakeholder presentations, while collaborating across functions to support Lambda’s growth and capital strategy. The position requires presence in the San Francisco or upcoming New York City office four days per week, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day.
