Description
The Corporate Engagement Coordinator manages the operational and systems needs of receiving and processing in-kind donations of medicines and other material items from healthcare manufacturing companies. The role handles product offers, CRM and SAP ERP account and inventory management, donor documentation, shipping and distribution coordination, DSCSA serialized-data compliance, emergency-response tracking, reporting, and donor communications. It requires database, Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP data management, communication, organizational, and time-management skills, along with a valid California driver’s license and the ability to pass an alcohol/drug screening test.
