Description
Plaid is hiring a TechOps Engineer to own and improve identity, endpoint, SaaS, and internal-tooling systems for a large company. The role includes Okta configuration, Iru or Kandji endpoint management, policy-as-code, Bash or Python automation, AI tooling, SaaS procurement, and support for Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, and other platforms. The position requires at least three years of experience supporting macOS devices and includes an on-call rotation and office work three days per week.
