Description

TOCA Social is seeking a Corporate Events Manager to drive and manage corporate events across their UK venues. The role involves managing the entire sales journey, from securing leads to executing events, focusing on branded, conferences, workshops, and large social events exceeding £2.5k. The manager will report to the Head of Sales & Partnerships and require a strong sales-savvy individual with extensive corporate sales events experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of proven successful corporate sales events experience
Experience at driving larger scale events such as conferences, workshops etc.
Preferred Qualifications: Industry knowledge and hospitality operations
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Passionate about sales and driving revenue
Exceptional executive presence and ability to cultivate positive relationships, both internally and externally
Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness and drive for innovation
Demonstrated proactive commitment in evolving events based on feedback and guidance
Someone who is flexible with their working hours and isn’t afraid to get stuck in!
