Scot Forge is hiring a Corporate Functional Manager, Forging to provide enterprise-wide leadership for forging operations across its manufacturing facilities in Spring Grove, Illinois; Franklin Park, Illinois; and Clinton, Wisconsin. The role owns forging strategy, operational excellence, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, capacity, cost performance, process standardization, capital planning, automation, and workforce development, while partnering with plant, engineering, metallurgy, quality, maintenance, sales, and operations leaders. Candidates need at least 10 years of forging, metal forming, or related manufacturing experience, including leadership of operations, technical teams, or multi-site initiatives, and must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
