Description
The Corporate Group Sales Coordinator manages the full lifecycle of hotel-room corporate group bookings at Ponte Vineyard Inn, from initial inquiries through post-stay follow-up. The role handles inquiries, availability checks, booking agreements, Webrez Pro folios and reservations, deposits, invoicing, pre-arrival coordination, and post-stay audits, while coordinating with Front Desk, Accounting, and Hotel Management. It is a part-time Monday-through-Friday position with approximately 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM hours and compensation of $25.00-$28.00 per hour.
