Description

Tango Gameworks is recruiting a corporate HR/IT/Facilities Manager to oversee corporate functions across HR, general affairs, facilities, IT, and related areas. The role includes staffing planning, labor management, organizational development, office strategy, IT governance, budget management, and coordination with global headquarters. It is a regular full-time position based in Tokyo with nationwide scope, offering an expected annual income of JPY 8,000,000 or more, work-from-home flexibility, and a six-month probation period.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of practical experience in corporate functions, including HR
Management experience overseeing multiple corporate functions in a cross-functional manner
Experience handling labor matters under Japanese labor laws and regulations
Experience preparing materials and reporting to executive management
Experience reporting and coordinating with an overseas headquarters or global organization
Experience making decisions on departmental or site annual budgets and expenditures
Native-level Japanese
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the games or entertainment industry
Experience as a corporate officer or responsible person at a foreign company
Management experience in a multicultural environment
Experience designing systems and organizational structures during organizational expansion
Experience localizing global policies into operational practice
Knowledge of IT governance and information security, including audits
Project management experience with office moves and space expansion
Experience improving organizations using HR data and KPIs
Business-level English proficiency, including meetings, material preparation, and negotiations
