Description

Kreston Reeves is seeking a Corporate International Tax Senior Manager to join their Corporate International Tax team. The role involves assisting with the successful running of the team, reporting to the Head of Corporate Tax, and requiring significant client contact. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK corporation tax and international tax matters, along with a solid understanding of other business taxes to ensure compliance and identify tax planning opportunities. They will also be involved in various planning assignments, including reorganization analyses, demerger reviews, loan relationships, EIS schemes, acquisition due diligence, and business sale advice.

Required Skills

CTA qualification or equivalent
Demonstrable experience of Corporate Tax
Evidence of training and mentoring junior staff
international tax issues such as double taxation relief and double taxation treaties, transfer pricing, thin capitalisation, permanent establishments, withholding taxes and CFC’s
