Freshfields Amsterdam is hiring a student intern for its Corporate practice group for a two-month internship. The role offers practical experience working alongside Corporate associates in a world-class international law firm, with exposure to mergers, public takeovers, IPOs, restructurings, joint ventures, and other collaboration structures. Candidates should be in the final phase of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, have a civil law qualification or be working toward it, show interest in law, and be fluent in Dutch and English.
