EcoVadis is hiring a Legal Counsel Expert to report to the Head of Legal and provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and governance matters. The role advises business stakeholders, handles contract risks and commercial solutions, drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, maintains templates and approval workflows, trains the Americas Sales Team, monitors regulatory developments, integrates AI-powered legal technology, and coordinates external counsel. The position requires a U.S. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, 10 years of U.S. transactional-law experience including at least 3 years of SaaS negotiations, and an active U.S. law license. It is available anywhere in the United States, starts ASAP, and offers hybrid work, medical, vision, and dental coverage.
