Description
The role supports Growe’s companies across different regions by handling licensing and regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating commercial and intellectual property agreements, providing corporate, contractual, and IP legal support, coordinating external counsel, and maintaining contract and corporate registers. It requires at least three years of experience in corporate, contractual, and regulatory consulting, knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law, international-company experience, and fluent English; IP or tax expertise is advantageous.
