Rosendin is hiring a Corporate Operational Controller to lead the organization’s operations accounting function. The senior leadership role oversees 2–4 Assistant Controllers, owns revenue and margin recognition, over/under billing strategy, cash-flow forecasting, KPI and risk reporting, project financial reviews, talent management, internal controls, and financial technology automation. Candidates need expert GAAP and ASC 606 knowledge for long-term construction projects, experience with EPC, electrical subcontracting, or manufacturing business units, and proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite or a similar ERP. A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 15 years of finance or accounting experience are required; CPA or CCIFP certification is preferred. The role permits up to 20% travel and offers an annual salary of $222,400–$291,800.
