Description
Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is hiring a Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys on transactional matters involving private fund formation, corporate transactions, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, strategic investments, and closings. The role includes reviewing and drafting corporate and fund documents, maintaining investor and corporate records, coordinating closing processes, managing executed documents and closing binders, and communicating with clients, outside counsel, and internal support teams. Applicants need at least three years of corporate or private fund paralegal experience, a bachelor's degree, strong organization and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
