PayPay is hiring a full-time Life Insurance Management Planning Manager to support management decision-making for the life insurance domain. The role develops mid-to-long-term business plans and annual budgets, translates capital, regulatory, and accounting considerations into decision-support materials, coordinates stakeholders across finance, risk, legal, business, and other departments, and manages external partners. Candidates need around five or more years of management planning, finance, or management analysis experience at a life insurance company, along with experience creating financial and management-accounting materials; J-GAAP or IFRS financial-close experience, regulatory response experience, IFRS 17 knowledge, and actuarial or quantitative project experience are preferred. The position follows a hybrid workstyle and includes social insurance, a defined-contribution pension plan, and other leave benefits.
