CM.com is hiring a Corporate Recruiter to own recruitment activities from intake through offer, advise on workforce planning, manage external staffing suppliers, build university and AI-focused education partnerships, deliver a high-quality candidate experience, and drive process improvements and recruitment automation. The role also supports urgent hiring across the business and may own projects such as referral programs, recruitment events, process optimization, and training. It requires recruitment experience, project management and process optimization skills, collaboration across global teams, fluency in Dutch and English, and a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands; the position is on-site in Breda.
