Description
Podium is hiring a corporate recruiter to grow and scale its teams through full-cycle recruiting, hiring strategy, senior-leader partnerships, diverse-sourcing searches, hiring-metrics reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires at least two years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, experience filling roles across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and Sales, strong executive communication, and the ability to work independently and take ownership.
