Description

HCC/CCI is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Risk Management Professional to develop and implement comprehensive risk management and environmental, health, and safety strategies. This role involves leading insurance programs, managing captives, overseeing enterprise risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with insurance policies. The successful candidate will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and require extensive travel.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Deep understanding of Risk Management for a large, complex organization to include commercial insurance placement and E,H,S in a corporate role (preferred) or consulting role.
Strong understanding of insurance coverages.
Management experience with captive insurance companies and Enterprise Risk Management processes.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
CPCU, ARM or CRM preferred.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem resolution and analytical abilities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to make quick and practical decisions.
Focused, organized & results oriented.
