Amazon Corporate Security is hiring an Incident Response Coordination Specialist to manage physical security incidents worldwide for its 24/7 Global Security Operations Center. The role coordinates triage and escalation, drafts incident reports and emergency communications, analyzes security data, participates in drills, and supports service relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. It is a shift-based position requiring U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, two years of relevant emergency-management or physical-security experience, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
