Apex Group, a leading fund administration and middle office solutions provider established in Bermuda since 2003, is seeking a Corporate Solutions Specialist to join their COSEC Team. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team to deliver administrative, compliance, and regulatory services for overseas client companies, adhering to applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, service levels, and company standards. This role involves managing corporate and legal compliance, handling anti-money laundering regulations, supporting board and annual meetings, updating regulatory documents, assisting with audits, maintaining data integrity, drafting agreements, and contributing to training materials.
