Description
Discern is hiring a Registered Agent Specialist to support its registered agent and entity management operations from its Sacramento office. The role manages client relationships, prepares and submits corporate filings, communicates with state jurisdictions, receives and processes service of process, and provides feedback to influence the product roadmap. The position requires a legal and operational mindset, customer-facing skills, comfort with in-person California registered agent duties, and a valid US driver's license. Compensation is $75,000 to $100,000 per year, with equity, fully covered health insurance, and paid time off.
