argenx is hiring an Associate on its Corporate Strategy team in Belgium to support Corporate Strategy and Business Development through business-case development, portfolio analysis, market insights, competitive intelligence, opportunity assessment, and strategic planning across the biotech and pharmaceutical pipeline. The role involves cross-functional information gathering, quantitative and qualitative analysis, AI-powered tools and frameworks, monitoring external developments, and communicating recommendations to senior stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant biotech/pharma experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools, strong analytical and communication abilities, and fluent English. The role is hybrid and offers an annual base salary of €68,000–€93,500.
