Description
The Corporate Systems Engineer will serve as the on-site IT lead for Dominion Dynamics’ Ottawa and/or Toronto research and development hub. The role covers end-user support, endpoint and identity administration, productivity and collaboration tools, networking, conference-room AV, physical access, lab and experimental equipment support, IT asset lifecycle management, documentation, and coordination with other locations. The position requires at least three years of relevant IT experience, macOS experience, and strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
