The role partners with hiring managers and engineering stakeholders, develops sourcing strategies, evaluates technical candidates, provides market intelligence, manages a high-volume requisition load, and supports employer branding and workforce planning. It is a hybrid position in New York City with two to three days in the office per week, requires at least four years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, and offers a base salary of $100,600 to $169,800 plus benefits.
