Commercial Fire Protection is hiring a full-time Corporate Trainer to develop and deliver training on ServiceTrade and ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage. The role trains field technicians, operations staff, and administrative teams; supports onboarding; creates training materials; identifies knowledge gaps; coaches employees; and helps with system implementation, updates, and process improvements. Candidates should have experience training employees on service management platforms and ERP systems, along with strong communication and presentation skills. The position offers $85,000–$110,000 DOE and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other perks.
