MindCare Solutions is hiring a hybrid Licensed Mental Health Provider to deliver behavioral health services in a correctional setting in McFarland, California. The role includes mental health assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and coordination with community providers. It is available part-time or full-time on a dayshift with a flexible schedule and compensation of up to $60 per hour depending on contract type.
