Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Correctional Officer at the Bay Correctional Facility in Panama City, Florida. The role pays $23.46 per hour and involves 12-hour shifts, including 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m. schedules, with a four-days-on, three-days-off rotation. Responsibilities include inmate custody and discipline, contraband searches, housing and work-area supervision, transport, restraint, emergency response, recordkeeping, and use of force when necessary. Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, complete basic recruit training, hold the required Florida correctional officer certification, and possess a valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
