MindCare Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor in Hudson, Colorado, to provide behavioral health services to incarcerated individuals. The role includes psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, suicide-risk assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, discharge planning, documentation, and staff education. Applicants must hold an active Colorado LCSW or LPC license, have relevant clinical experience, and demonstrate knowledge of trauma-informed care, substance use, co-occurring conditions, assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and correctional compliance.
