Description
MindCare Solutions is hiring a Correctional Psychiatrist to provide on-site, dayshift psychiatric care for inmates or residents in a correctional facility. The role includes psychiatric assessments, medication management, individualized treatment planning, progress reporting, crisis intervention, legal and expert testimony, record maintenance, and coordination with clinical and correctional staff. The position is available part-time or full-time and requires an active California psychiatrist license, an active California DEA registration, board certification or eligibility within one year of residency completion, and a valid driver's license.
