The Corrections Facility Maintenance Manager 1 leads maintenance operations at the State Correctional Institution at Phoenix, supervising maintenance and trades employees, coordinating repairs, planning work schedules and budgets, managing resources, maintaining records, inspecting safety compliance, and responding to after-hours emergencies.
