Description
The Inmate Services Supervisor performs administrative, supervisory, and professional work supporting an Inmate Services unit in a correctional facility. The role assists the Unit Supervisor with planning and program implementation, supervises staff and schedules, manages inmate records, court documentation, releases, classification, housing, trusty programs, budgets, and communications with judicial and law enforcement agencies. It requires an associate’s degree in a related field, three years of relevant experience including at least one year in a supervisory capacity, and the ability to lead entry- and journey-level employees in an office and correctional environment.
