Description
The Guest Service Expert supports guests by setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving and interacting with guests, managing menus, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, handling objects up to 50 pounds with assistance, and performing physical movements such as bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and stooping. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and less than one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
