L&M Corrugated is hiring a full-time, on-site Corrugated Packaging Designer to develop functional corrugated packaging solutions for customers. The role covers packaging concept development, specifications, layouts, stacking and compression analysis, die ordering, manufacturability reviews, customer and sales support, troubleshooting, documentation, and project management. Candidates should have at least six months of corrugated packaging design experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Production, and other teams.
