The Royal Group is hiring a Corrugator Supervisor for its Cicero, Illinois facility to lead and coordinate first-shift corrugated board production. The role oversees production scheduling, corrugator operations, labor relations, team leadership, safety, inventory, equipment, and continuous improvement while meeting production targets and CBA requirements. Candidates need a college degree or equivalent professional experience, at least five years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience, and three years of management experience; a manufacturing or production engineering degree and three years of corrugated-industry experience are preferred.
