Description
The Corrugator Operator checks waste carts and loads, maintains a safe work environment, communicates baler and shredder performance, documents machine movements and pre-start checks, reports issues, weighs and identifies dunnage, and completes soak-and-pin quality tests. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, lift-truck qualification, 3–5 years of corrugated-industry experience, strong mechanical aptitude, flexible shift availability, and U.S. work authorization. Starting pay is $20.19 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) benefits.
